Candidates using the website can browse and search a job database accessing a list of banking and finance careers, obtain banking and finance job interview advice and resume and cv tips. Popular candidate searches include those for factoring, finance, banking, asset finance and leasing jobs.

The website also includes a client section which provides information on executive bank staff searching and the finance recruitment process. Vacancies put forward by clients include corporate, business and commercial banking management positions.

NVisage also provided website search engine optimisation to Commercial Finance People. Database research of the banking and financial recruitment marketplace was integral to increasing search engine ranking of the company's website.
