Junior Web Designer

We are now looking to hire a Junior Web Designer with a high level of creativity and fundamental graphic design skills.

Knowledge of the following essential:

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Ability to read and create Wireframes
  • Good visual communications.
  • Good understanding of information management
  • Good people skills
  • Intellectual approach to design

Knowledge and understanding of the following would be highly desirable:

  • Joomla
  • HTML
  • CSS relating to design (effects on design and build)
  • Adobe Illustrator (not req but advantage)
Working directly with (and supporting) our Creative Director, your primary role is to create high quality designs for websites, our clients and for internal projects. Whilst the emphasis is on web design, you will also be expected to receive instruction, work under pressure and to tight deadlines, have a clean working practice, good documentation skills, and above all creative flair and enthusiasm for all things design!

It is essential that you have a firm grasp & experience of the web design industry and an impressive portfolio to back this up

Junior .net developer

Job Description:

We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic junior developer, either a good graduate with appropriate skills or someone with a year under their belt looking for their next challenge. Tasks will include:

  • Supporting a senior developer on our existing and new client projects, typically built around content management systems or ecommerce sites.
  • Adding functionality to existing projects
  • Implementing smaller sites from scratch based upon .net based CMS, progressing to bigger and more complex sites

Skills Range

  • MS SQL server
  • XHTML and CSS
  • Good timekeeping
  • Good communication skills, internal and external

Salary:

Competitive dependant upon experience 23 days holiday per year plus bank holidays. We also offer training and on-going career development.
