Martin Janes
Development Director
One of the founding Directors, Martin brings a wealth of web site creation and problem solving skills to all of our web design projects.
Martin's strength is in understanding the detail of any web project. His skills lie in being able to analyse and scope out a project from initial usability issues through to making the site as accessible and fast to download as possible.
He has in-depth industry expertise in usability and accessibility, ecommerce development and content management systems.
He is trying to master the saxophone, but thankfully hasn't managed to yet be let loose on the public at large, so motorcycling is a weekend respite from the online technology world.
Sandra Staufer
Creative Director
Sandra has led the design team at NVisage for over 10 years. She brings a flair for web design combined with excellent people skills. Swiss-trained, she has a strong background in designing corporate branding and print media as well as web site design and a Masters in editorial design.
Hobbies are running and mountain biking, her other passion is sustainability and green issues and she is currently undertaking a self-build project with some renewable energy technology, eg Solar thermal, Rainwater havesting, Heat recovery ventilation (MVHR), Thermal massing, Diffutherm, Warmcel insulation Woodstove backboiler, Underfloor heating etc.
Dru Moore
Technical Director
Experienced and creative web developer with a wide range of experience, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases, bespoke database design, intranets and extranets, as well as all the usual web development programming skills you would expect from a top web developer, such as ecommerce development.
Industry experience includes public sector and blue chips, including insurance, retail, publishing and construction.
Industrial experience also involved a stint with an industrial noise band - but the years have mellowed him into gigging in Europe on select weekends on occasion with a rather more restrained sound.

Digital Marketing Manager
Guillaume is proof of how key search engine marketing and optimisation are to NVisage. He works closely with our team of developers to ensure that our sites are always as search engine friendly as possible. He also oversees our link building campaigns.
We aren't sure if he felt it was a obligation to join the musical trend - but Guillaume also is starting the saxophone and sure to overtake Martin any day now.

Senior .Net Web DeveloperKaha is a natural developer with a great attitude and aptitude for .NET programming. he is an asset to any project he is working on.
As well as being MSCE qualified, Kaha is also an experienced ektron CMS400.net developer.
Nicola Harding
Nix now works for us from her native South Africa but is not adverse to a little globe trotting with two recent stints for us working in Geneva for the International Trade Centre. Nicola is particularly strong on Microsoft SQL database work and the ektron CMS400.net content management system.

An experienced web developer, he has an in-depth contemporary knowledge of websites, web design and web development, together with good training and customer skills.
Ryan has also played a key role in upgrading the NVisage code base to .Net to ensure we stay at just the right point in our use of technologies.
Soundly thrashed Martin in the London Triathlon last year (still a sore subject) he maintains this fitness by frequent football matches.

With over 20 years in IT Roger has acquired a wealth of experience through a range of roles and business sectors. He has a consultancy background and extensive ‘hands on’ technical and management experience and loves to convert your business problems into technical solutions. Roger has full project lifecycle experience and a passion for good usability and automation augmented by strong commercial awareness.
Other passions include racing a catamaran off Brighton beach, mountain biking across the South Downs, swimming and exasperating his family with a guitar.
