Martin Janes
Development Director

 

One of the founding Directors, Martin brings a wealth of web site creation and problem solving skills to all of our web design projects.

Martin's strength is in understanding the detail of any web project. His skills lie in being able to analyse and scope out a project from initial usability issues through to making the site as accessible and fast to download as possible.

He has in-depth industry expertise in usability and accessibility, ecommerce development and content management systems.

He is trying to master the saxophone, but thankfully hasn't managed to yet be let loose on the public at large, so motorcycling is a weekend respite from the online technology world.

Sandra Staufer
Creative Director

All round creative talent and specialist website designer, Sandra has led the design team at NVisage for over five years.

She brings a flair for web design combined with excellent people skills and project management. Swiss-trained, she has a strong background in designing corporate branding and print media as well as web site design.

Sandra has been a major influence in creating effective solutions for key clients such as the Ippr, Brighton festival fringe, Montezuma's, Hen and Hammock, and Butler & Wilson.

Mountain biking is a particular passion, although it is rather flatter on the Sussex Downs than her native Switzerland.

Dru Moore
Senior Developer

Experienced and creative web developer with a wide range of experience, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases, bespoke database design, intranets and extranets, as well as all the usual web development programming skills you would expect from a top web developer, such as ecommerce development.

Industry experience includes public sector and blue chips, including insurance, retail, publishing and construction.

Industrial experience also involved a stint with an industrial noise band - but the years have mellowed him into gigging in Europe on select weekends on occasion with a rather more restrained sound.

Ryan Moynan
Web Developer

An experienced web developer, he has an in-depth contemporary knowledge of websites, web design and web development, together with good training and customer skills.

Ryan has also played a key role in upgrading the NVisage code base to .Net to ensure we stay at just the right point in our use of technologies.

Soundly thrashed Martin in the London Triathlon last year (still a sore subject) he maintains this fitness by frequent football matches.

Nicola Harding
Web Developer

In addition to a great base of strong web development skills gained both here in the UK and her native South Africa, Nicola is particularly strong on Microsoft SQL database work.

During the recent process of upgrading our hosting package we have also upgraded our database of choice to Microsofts latest and now established Enterprise database (SQL 2005) - a task Nicola leapt at.

Dancing is a pastime that Nix has been enjoying and progressing for a while now along with taking a strong lead in NVisage's ethical stance and ensuring we keep our footprint as small as possible.

Andy Robb
Web Developer

Andy has strong web development skils that have been gained whilst working with Microsoft's range of products. He is also a web standards compliant HTML author with a good understanding of web accessible issues and CSS 2.0.

He has worked on too many projects to mention and has helped to produce intranets, web applications, and content management system driven websites across a diverse range of client sectors.

The other keen footballer, which is actually a bit of a rarity in the office.

Guillaume Busetto
Search Engine Optimiser

Guillaume is proof of how key search engine marketing and optimisation are to NVisage. He works closely with our team of developers to ensure that our sites are always as search engine friendly as possible. He also oversees our link building campaigns.

We aren't sure if he felt it was a obligation to join the musical trend - but Guillaume also is starting the saxophone and sure to overtake Martin any day now.

Simon Davis
website designer and php developer

Simon brings a wealth of knowledge to any project, ranging from graphic design where he has developed online branding components and websites for some of Europe's leading companies, to his extensive experience developing both simple and effective websites to rich dynamic applications using his knowledge in client side scripting languages, php and in particular the Joomla content management system.

A well rounded skill set helps Simon foresee problems right from the planning stage, and can offer support and help at every level.

Simon is a passionate drummer who plays in several bands and can often be seen dashing in to the office with a drum or cymbal case, and he is most definitely the 'air drummer' of the office.
