We have the most flexible and cost effective survey tool you are ever likely to need. With our survey tool, you can quickly and easily create complex surveys and publish them to a variety of mediums including:

The responses are automatically collated and you are able to rapidly analyse, cross-tabulate and print reports directly from the application or export to use in another application such as Microsoft Exel or SPSS..

Design Survey

With our application, you get the best of both worlds. A desktop application for ease of use, ease of sharing, storage and speed of access, combined with the ability to make live surveys directly from your desktop.

The Survey Designer, is easy to use and very powerful allowing you to create the following types of questions:

• Multiple choice
• Multiple answer
• Freetext
• Multiple part i.e. only answer the following if yes/no
• Binary i.e. only two options yes/no male/female
• Qualitative
• Quantitative

In addition, you can assign a free text option to any question and allow the questions to be randomised to ensure sufficient responses to every question should you get partial responses.

The "Killer feature"

A unique and incredibly useful feature of our system is the ability to attach supporting information to any question or answer. This information can be text, images, video footage or sound. This has the great advantage of being able to provide more information to support subjective questions, and also the ability to explain issues more clearly.

Collect Responses

As you would expect from the most flexible survey product on the marketplace, all data is collated and stored in a database. You can combine responses from multiple formats such as web-based, email, telephone, handheld, paper or kiosk surveys. Each survey has its own dedicated URL which you can promote through whatever medium you wish to maximise responses or restrict them to a certain defined group.

Analyse Results

Using the powerful analysis tool, you can instantly cross-tabulate results, analyse them and print out Word-based reports. You can create multiple reports based upon all results, targeted sectors, or individual profiles. Powerful filtering allows you to display only the responses you're interested in. If you need further analysis you can of course export the results for use in a spreadsheet such as word or your favourite statistics package such as SPSS.

Pricing

A subscription is only £500 per year and includes up to 1000 responses per month. If you require or use more responses there is an additional charge of £0.05 per response.

The contract term is for one year and thereafter can be cancelled with one month's notice. You can create an unlimited number of surveys, with an unlimited number of pages and questions. In addition, all of your surveys are completely unbranded.
